The Premium 50' Hose Reel Kit includes a 50' hose reel, a 50' KobraJet grey non-marking hose with a thick inner wall to prevent gashes and ruptures, a 5' whip line to connect to your pressure washer, pre-installed stainless steel fittings, and a high-grade brass swivel that is recognized to outperform other competing models.

I purchased this reel kit and right out of the box it had a leak from a factory fitting.
Spoke to TOC and got the green light to attempt to tighten the fitting to stop the leak. Unfortunately it made it worse and TOC replaced it no questions asked.
Brought home the replacement and just like the first, was leaking from the same fitting.
I had to take it apart, redo the T-tape, added plumbers dope to be sure it wouldn’t leak.
All good now, but it shouldn’t be the customers responsibility to correct this issue.
I came across another review where the person had the same issue.
MTM needs to step up the QC, especially at this price point.
