Danger—braking castors are manual

This chair rolls very well on smooth flat floors. The castor brakes, which are an option, will work if applied manually before you get on or off the chair.. There is a strong chance of injury and a product liability suit for the owner if the chair is difficult to sit on safely. This chair should be sold with an automatic weight activated braking system. When the operator gets off the chair the brakes go on the chair until the operator returns their weight to the seat.
